· Payment in full in advance via Bank transfer to
make a booking
· We offer no refunds what so ever when booking is made
· Breakfast is a separate cost to the room. Served between 07:00 & 09:00
· Check in 17:00 or after, a degree of flexibility is available
· Check out 10:00 or before, a degree of flexibility is available
· Please note we are ordinarily closed between 10:00 & 17:00
· We are a no smoking establishment
· We are a no alcohol establishment
· Any damage caused to be paid for
· Consumption of food in any bedroom is not allowed – we can offer our dining room
· Parking for cars only
· The above forms a contract for your stay
· Once booked we do not refund
